Church-based organization and their role in the support of older adults in Nnewi, South-East Nigeria.

Despite increase in the number of older adults in Nigeria, and the health, social and economic implications that accompany this reality due to burden of care on families, little is known about the role of church-based organizations in the provision of support and care to older adults in Nigeria. The aim of this was to explore the place of the church in the support and care of older adults.
